Warranty We have implemented rigorous quality systems and processes to ensure that our product is free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our quality does not stop after an order is shipped. We offer a (6) month repair parts service period during which we will, at our option: (a) provide at our expense repair parts necessary to repair the product, (b) provide a reasonable allowance for the repair should the required parts be unavailable. The repair parts service period for current in-line product begins on the date our customers receive the product shipment. For discontinued product, the service period begins on the date the specific item is discontinued from production. Customers or final consumers may purchase repair parts, if available, for discontinued product. Customers may be asked to return the defective parts or provide a description and digital picture of the part. This will help us expedite the repair part order and take appropriate actions to address the quality issue.
